• Actively and creatively source candidates for challenging-to-fill roles.
• Handle a high-volume and multi-disciplinary requisition workload.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to define role requirements.
• Build and enhance the recruiting operations.
• Create and sustain pipelines for ongoing roles.
• Identify and apply tools, processes, and metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and the health of the candidate pipeline.
• Advocate for an outstanding candidate experience.
• 5–7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source and assess innovative talent.
• Demonstrated success in managing a high-volume, multi-disciplinary requisition load.
• Strong operational instincts.
• Practical experience with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
