This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Oversee the entire recruitment process for clinical, business, and technical positions β from sourcing to closing.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers to establish clear definitions of success for each role, beyond the standard job descriptions.
β’ Conduct swift and focused recruitment processes that prioritize urgency while maintaining a high standard for talent acquisition.
β’ Actively source candidates from clinical, technical, and diverse backgrounds β creating talent pipelines in advance of needs rather than reactively.
β’ Implement targeted outreach and talent mapping strategies in competitive job markets.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers β providing honest market insights, constructive feedback, and confident recommendations.
β’ Navigate complex hiring situations β including niche skill sets, senior-level searches, and fast-paced timelines β with sound judgment and a sense of urgency.
β’ Lead the strategy for offers and successfully negotiate with candidates through intricate discussions, including counteroffers and stakeholder alignment.
β’ Oversee and sustain pipeline health and recruitment operations in Greenhouse β ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
β’ Innovate and implement AI-driven recruiting tools β demonstrating proficiency rather than mere curiosity.
β’ Minimum of 6 years of in-house recruiting experience.
β’ Clinical recruiting experience is preferred; experience in behavioral health is a significant advantage.
β’ Technical recruiting experience is beneficial.
β’ Works independently: you are self-motivated and do not require constant direction to initiate tasks.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools or a willingness to explore AI-driven solutions: you leverage technology to enhance productivity and achieve better results.
