• Conduct swift and focused recruitment processes that prioritize urgency while maintaining a high standard for talent acquisition.
• Actively source candidates from clinical, technical, and diverse backgrounds — creating talent pipelines in advance of needs rather than reactively.
• Implement targeted outreach and talent mapping strategies in competitive job markets.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — providing honest market insights, constructive feedback, and confident recommendations.
• Navigate complex hiring situations — including niche skill sets, senior-level searches, and fast-paced timelines — with sound judgment and a sense of urgency.
• Lead the strategy for offers and successfully negotiate with candidates through intricate discussions, including counteroffers and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee and sustain pipeline health and recruitment operations in Greenhouse — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Innovate and implement AI-driven recruiting tools — demonstrating proficiency rather than mere curiosity.
• Minimum of 6 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Clinical recruiting experience is preferred; experience in behavioral health is a significant advantage.
• Technical recruiting experience is beneficial.
• Works independently: you are self-motivated and do not require constant direction to initiate tasks.
• Familiarity with AI tools or a willingness to explore AI-driven solutions: you leverage technology to enhance productivity and achieve better results.
