This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of full-cycle recruiting for various clinical and care delivery positions, such as Care Managers, Nurses, and operational leaders like Team Managers and Regional General Managers, who are crucial for enhancing patient outcomes and operational excellence.
• Assist with hiring in additional business areas as required, including Sales/Networks, Marketing, Finance, and other corporate teams.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to formulate hiring strategies, agree on candidate profiles, and facilitate efficient, high-quality hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and outbound recruiting initiatives.
• Screen, evaluate, and support candidates throughout the interview process while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously, upholding a high standard for quality, speed, and communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize recruiting data and pipeline metrics to recognize bottlenecks, enhance conversion rates, and refine hiring strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation patterns, and best practices in recruiting.
• Enhance the Pair Team's employer brand by representing our mission and culture throughout the hiring journey.
• A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup setting, preferably within healthtech or similar high-growth regulated environments.
• Proven track record in recruiting for clinical positions such as Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, behavioral health professionals, case managers/community health workers, or similar patient-facing healthcare roles, as well as non-clinical positions in Operations, Sales/Partnerships, Finance, Marketing, or other G&A functions.
• Experience managing a substantial requisition load while ensuring a strong candidate experience and effective partnership with hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to independently source, attract, assess, and secure candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring requirements, establish interview processes, and drive hiring decisions.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or other contemporary ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, or similar.
• Strong grasp of and comfort with reporting on recruiting metrics, managing pipelines, and achieving operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ownership mentality – take responsibility for delivering results for the mission, business, and candidate experience.
• A keen desire to work in a fast-paced, complex early-stage startup environment with minimal barriers to decision-making (no “red tape”).
• A passion for assisting individuals facing complex chronic challenges such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorders.
• Bonus points for knowledge and/or experience with Medicaid, Medicare, health plans, provider groups, value-based care, care management, home health, or digital health; experience with distributed or multi-state hiring.
• Competitive salary: $115,000 - $125,000.
