Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for our open roles, ensuring a remarkable candidate experience.

• To attract top talent and persuade them to join Mawave, you will engage in targeted active sourcing and establish robust, long-term talent pipelines for all our positions.

• Following a successful hire, you will also refine the pre-onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new team members.

• You will serve as the point of contact for our hiring managers, providing them with recruitment reports and acting as a collaborative partner on all talent acquisition issues.

• Acting as a liaison to external partners (for tools and events), you will consistently ensure we maximize the value derived from strong partnerships.

• You will contribute to employer branding initiatives on a project basis, such as recruiting campaigns and events.

• You are enthusiastic about recruitment strategies and possess several years of experience in filling non-technical positions.

• You have strong active sourcing abilities and have successfully filled roles through direct outreach to candidates.

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates professionally invigorates you.

• Your role does not conclude with a signed contract; you are dedicated to providing new Mawavies with an exceptional onboarding experience.

• You take pleasure in assuming responsibility, act proactively and solution-oriented, and maintain composure even in high-pressure situations (e.g., during hiring sprints).

• You have a keen interest in social media and the marketing landscape and are eager to find the best talent for these roles.

• You are highly proficient in Google Workspace.

• You possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
