Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from the initial intake meeting to the offer stage.

• Manage multiple technical and business roles concurrently.

• Execute proactive sourcing and headhunting, particularly targeting passive candidates.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide constructive feedback on requirements when necessary.

• Develop and sustain robust hiring pipelines to meet current and future demands.

• Organize interviews and facilitate swift and efficient processes.

• Ensure the accuracy of recruitment data and ATS.

• Engage in enhancing recruitment processes and hiring workflows.

• Work alongside a sourcer who assists in pipeline generation and outreach efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.

• Proven experience in hiring for the US market.

• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting capabilities.

• Background in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment settings.

• Capacity to manage 3–6 vacancies at once with a strong sense of ownership.

• Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with PeopleForce or Ashby is highly desirable).

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Ability to drive processes forward and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both spoken and written).

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is an advantage.
