Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for positions in game development, iGaming, and various other business sectors.

• Take the lead in managing and successfully closing complex, niche, and high-priority positions.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define requirements, agree on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum in the hiring processes.

• Manage recruitment pipelines to ensure prompt feedback and decision-making throughout the hiring journey.

• Offer market insights and recruitment analytics to aid in hiring decisions and shape search strategies.

• Organize recruitment priorities, manage workload, and coordinate daily operations across the team.

• Supervise vacancy management, ATS administration, reporting, and process coordination.

• Track the overall recruitment pipeline, identify any bottlenecks, and proactively resolve operational challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

• Demonstrated recruitment expertise within the iGaming/game development sector.

• Strong track record in closing difficult and niche technical, creative, and business roles.

• Solid understanding of the game development industry along with its key roles and specializations.

• Excellent sourcing skills and the capability to develop effective search strategies for roles with limited candidate availability.

• Experience managing the entire recruitment cycle, from intake and sourcing to offer and closure.

• Proven ability to work directly with Hiring Managers and handle multiple hiring processes at once.

• High degree of ownership and initiative.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to remain productive when priorities shift rapidly.

• Familiarity with ATS, recruitment reporting, and daily recruitment operations.

• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Located in Europe or experienced in collaborating closely with Eastern European teams and stakeholders.

• Nice to have: experience in iGaming/game development outsourcing.

• Nice to have: experience recruiting across various international markets.
