This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Recruitment Specialists and assist in prioritizing time and resources dedicated to recruiting research participants.
• Create screening and outreach materials for ongoing clinical trials.
• Design, teach, and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Develop and update study-specific pre-screening forms.
• Generate and maintain quick-reference summaries of study protocols for physicians.
• Input data into CRS software to manage databases, track leads, and ensure follow-up.
• Facilitate team meetings to disseminate information and educate staff on new studies.
• Create and modify productivity tracking tools for recruitment objectives and randomizations.
• Manage third-party central advertising platforms and liaise with vendors.
• Conduct interviews with potential research candidates and arrange screening appointments for qualified individuals.
• Communicate with Research Coordinators, Principal Investigators, and Sub-Investigators about candidates.
• Request and obtain medical records, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Create and sustain referral tracking systems.
• Act as the liaison for the recruitment department team.
• Distribute call lists, referrals, and portal candidates to callers.
• Update prescreening logs regularly.
• Assist with recruitment team interviews and provide ongoing training.
• Support advertising and outreach initiatives across local, central, and Flourish network channels.
• Help organize lunches and training sessions for physicians, office staff, and community outreach.
• Attend SIVs and training events related to studies.
• Consult with and inform physicians and their teams about current and future studies.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally in interactions with staff, clients, and vendors.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 0-3+ years of experience in the clinical research field.
• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and align with operational goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Office365 applications.
• Adaptable, able to multitask, and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Capability to think independently.
• Ability to lift thirty-five pounds and occasionally more.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle on a daily basis.
• Remote work capability.
