Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

• Create and execute effective recruiting strategies aimed at attracting high-quality talent.

• Maintain open lines of communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Leverage social media, networking, and job boards to cultivate a robust candidate pipeline.

• Supply hiring managers with pertinent market insights and detailed candidate profiles.

• Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal standards.

• Evaluate recruitment metrics and modify strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with candidates and team members.

• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and candidate engagement.
