📋 Description

• Identify and connect with both active and passive candidates through various platforms, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks

• Perform thorough market research to evaluate the talent landscape and develop candidate pipelines

• Establish and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Execute recruitment screening processes

• Manage the candidate database utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems

• Enhance and maintain recruitment procedures

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter within technology firms
