This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess experience, communication abilities, cultural fit, and overall alignment with client specifications.
• Evaluate recruiter recommendations and decide which candidates should progress to client presentation stages.
• Collaborate directly with U.S.-based clients to comprehend hiring needs, provide recruitment updates, solicit feedback, and synchronize hiring strategies.
• Oversee offer presentations, candidate negotiations, and closing activities throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to recruiters, enhancing candidate quality and recruitment effectiveness.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for challenging searches across diverse industries and functions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows, processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Work alongside internal leadership to uphold high standards for candidate quality, client satisfaction, and hiring outcomes.
• Track recruitment performance and contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives.
• Assist recruiters in overcoming challenges related to sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
• A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or a fast-paced talent acquisition setting.
• Extensive experience in conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations.
• Proven experience in working directly with clients and managing professional stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong capability to evaluate talent beyond resumes and identify high-potential candidates.
• Experience in mentoring, training, or supporting other recruiters is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A data-driven approach with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Previous experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies is highly preferred.
