This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across various portfolio brands to comprehend role requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and establish recruitment strategies for each open position.
• Manage the full cycle of recruiting: sourcing, reviewing, screening, and assessing qualified candidates for engineering, finance, creative, and other professional positions.
• Perform phone screens, conduct in-person interviews, and carry out candidate assessments to gauge technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term compatibility.
• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs, transforming prospects into active candidates and eventual hires.
• Employ data-driven methodologies in recruiting—monitor and report on key metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle, translating insights into process enhancements.
• Spearhead initiatives to establish and expand CSC Generation's recruiting footprint in Canada, identifying premier talent markets and sourcing channels.
• Oversee multiple requisitions concurrently, prioritizing effectively and keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.
• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within e-commerce, fintech, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to source and assess engineering, finance, and creative talent across North America.
• Strong grasp of the candidate marketplace in both the US and Canada.
• Experience leveraging data and reporting to inform recruiting decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Capability to manage several open requisitions and competing priorities without compromising quality.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable advising hiring managers on processes and strategies.
• High ownership mentality with a proven history of delivering results with minimal oversight.
