Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process from role intake to closure across the portfolio, adapting to business needs for both G&A and technical positions.

• Develop candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and competitive analysis.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to convert hiring requirements into effective search strategies, ensuring positive experiences for candidates and interviewers alike.

• Ensure data accuracy and utilize pipeline analytics to pinpoint obstacles and enhance hiring results.

• Participate in enhancing recruitment processes and initiating pilot programs across global markets.

• Assist with hiring across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, IT, and potentially within product divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruiting within a technology firm or a similarly dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Proven track record of successfully attracting and closing competitive candidates in G&A and/or technical areas.

• Quick adaptability to new role types and talent markets.

• Ability to seamlessly transition between business and technical requisitions as priorities change.

• Extensive understanding of the candidate lifecycle, encompassing talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and closing processes.

• Proficient in data-driven pipeline management, with the capability to convert recruiting metrics into practical recommendations.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI with appropriate human oversight.

• Must reside in the USA.
