Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete end-to-end recruitment for 8–12 positions annually in areas such as paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations.

• Talent sourcing utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and specialized agency networks.

• Conducting initial screening calls and providing written assessments of candidates.

• Coordinating interview processes, performing reference checks, and managing offer logistics.

• Developing and sustaining a pool of pre-qualified candidates.

• Monitoring and reporting on metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer acceptance rates, and 90-day retention statistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a marketing agency, SaaS organization, or remote-first company.

• Proven ability to fill positions in less than 30 days.

• Excellent written communication skills suitable for an asynchronous culture.

• Capability to manage both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment candidate screening.

• Must be based in the US and available during core hours from 9am to 5pm CT.
