This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Facilitate comprehensive intake discussions with hiring managers to ascertain position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and various departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements and present strong candidate slates, while cultivating talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.
• Work closely with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to support decisions.
• Provide mentorship to Recruiters and other team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to manage key stakeholders effectively.
• Extensive recruiting experience, showcasing achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
• Experience in a Tech company is a plus.
