Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring Service Excellence throughout the entire recruitment process

• Serves as a brand ambassador for the client while collaborating with hiring managers in a consultative role

• Committed to delivering exceptional talent for hiring managers, coupled with proactive and timely updates on the search status

• Remains informed about industry-specific insights or trends that may influence the recruitment process

• Acts as a mentor to Recruiters and other team members

• Exhibits creativity and innovative thinking in search methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is required

• At least five years of results-driven recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment

• Demonstrated ability to showcase expertise in niche segments or industries

• Proficiency in utilizing technologies within the recruiting process to enhance efficiencies

• Experience with advanced deep web sourcing techniques
