This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.
• Drive proactive sourcing initiatives through various channels, concentrating on locating and engaging top-tier candidates for specialized and challenging positions.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new employees.
• Execute independent searches for niche or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Provide assistance to employees and candidates regarding HR-related questions.
• Generate hiring and HR reports, encompassing headcount, attrition, and pipeline analysis.
• Engage in virtual job fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential talent.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably across diverse industries.
• Solid background in sourcing and talent mapping, with a track record of successfully filling specialized or hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience in recruiting for US-based roles and knowledge of US employment regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written English proficiency.
• Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Skype, and CRM/HRIS tools (e.g., Salesforce, BambooHR) is advantageous.
• Must be available to work in the US time zone (PST) and commit to a minimum of 45 hours per week.
