• Develops and implements multi-channel sourcing strategies aimed at both passive and active candidates across various functions, regions, and emerging markets.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to establish realistic expectations and ensure alignment on recruitment plans.
• Assesses candidate profiles through structured phone screening evaluations that cover availability, level of interest, compensation alignment, relocation requirements, and qualifications for the position.
• Organizes and participates in interviews as necessary.
• Drives targeted continuous improvement initiatives focusing on sourcing efficiency, process obstacles, data integrity, and sees them through to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing.
• Prior experience with recruiting tools such as ATS and CRM systems, as well as talent sourcing and market intelligence platforms, is essential.
