This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for a diverse range of positions within operations, customer experience, finance, technology, compliance, and corporate sectors.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend business requirements, outline role specifications, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other innovative recruiting methods.
• Execute recruiter screenings and facilitate the interview processes with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout all phases of the hiring process.
• Enhance and maintain recruiting workflows, reporting, and applicant tracking systems.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and the management of job offers.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and hiring effectiveness.
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in hiring.
• Ensure adherence to California employment regulations and internal hiring policies.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups, operations-centric firms, logistics, retail, or regulated sectors.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles, encompassing exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Strong skills in sourcing and talent acquisition utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary recruiting tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to manage multiple job openings concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics/reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in cannabis, e-commerce, delivery, logistics, or startup settings is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting remote and distributed teams.
