Senior Recovery Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Creating and producing reports, dashboards, and visual representations for business operations

• Evaluating trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights

• Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all reporting

• Employing SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools

• Performing statistical analyses to facilitate data-driven decision-making

• Converting intricate data into clear, understandable reports for stakeholders

• Aiding in the development, implementation, and enhancement of business information systems

• Sustaining data structures, queries, and reporting tools to meet business requirements

• Collaborating closely with IT teams to guarantee data accessibility and system performance

• Documenting business processes, data origins, and reporting techniques

• Detecting inefficiencies and exploring opportunities for process enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

• 3 years of pertinent experience in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics (Mandatory)

• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools, SQL querying, and reporting applications

• Experience in handling large datasets and multiple databases
