This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of analysis specifications, develop programs, and perform analyses while offering technical expertise for Real World Data (RWD) research.

• Maintain quality standards and methodological integrity throughout projects by developing patient cohorts and validating essential variables.

• Direct the RWD analysis strategy and its implementation.

• Oversee the formulation of technical specifications and study methodology.

• Proficient in statistical programming (R, SAS, SQL, Python).

• Supervise quality control measures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

• Establish best practices and standards.

• Proven capability to convey complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field with 5-8 years of pertinent post-graduation experience, or a PhD with 3+ years of post-graduation experience.

• Advanced knowledge in statistical programming and observational research methodologies.

• Extensive experience with healthcare data sources and analytical techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently in a matrixed environment.

• Proven history of managing priorities and achieving performance objectives.
