Senior Quality Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Launch of Vehicle Application Domain.

• Review and correlate Part Numbers to create and release launch packages (Icepacks).

• Escalate/report any identified obstacles and follow up until a resolution is achieved.

• Responsible for reviewing uploaded software files, ensuring they correspond with the appropriate release and adhere to the part numbering strategy.

• Accountable for the quality of information provided in the Jira Project tracking software releases.

• Create Domain Instance Versions and Corresponding Applications for the software release of the assigned ECU.

• Responsible for following the priorities outlined in the software delivery plan.

• Create and release launch packages (Icepacks), ensuring that all appropriate dependencies are in place for all assigned ECUs.

• Ensure that all uploaded ECU software has received approval.

• Track software lines to obtain necessary approvals used for releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and Professional License in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Development, or a related field.

• Advanced English (Essential).

• Technical Skills.

• Jira (Advanced): Proficient in navigating, updating tasks, and managing work boards.

• Advanced knowledge of key SCRUM concepts, such as sprints and daily meetings, to actively participate in an agile team.

• Advanced knowledge of version control tools (such as Git) and the ability to document changes and processes.

• Advanced knowledge of automation or scripting tools (Python or Bash), focusing on simple process automation tasks under supervision.

• Understanding of process efficiency to identify potential improvements.

• Advanced competencies in tools like Excel for performance data analysis and report generation.

• Soft Skills.

• Willingness to work and grow with Alten in an automotive environment.

• Flexibility to support the team with scheduling (e.g., attending meetings at 6:00 am if necessary).

• Problem-solving skills (e.g., root cause analysis).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
