Healthcare Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate FQHC outcome metrics and reporting instruments

• Partner with leadership to monitor performance and aid in accreditation and compliance (HRSA, NCQA, etc.)

• Deliver insights through data analysis, trend reporting, and visualization tools

• Assist with patient satisfaction surveys and initiatives for quality enhancement

• Play a role in grant reporting and system enhancements that influence care outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required

• Required experience in quality and utilization management

• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Compass Health’s EHRs

• Preferred strong skills in report writing and data/statistical analysis

• Preferred solid conceptual understanding of outcomes measurement

• CPHQ certification from NAHQ is preferred (can be obtained after hiring)
