Business Process, Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess, document, and analyze current business processes

• Work collaboratively with teams to collect requirements and outline initiatives for process enhancement

• Create and manage metrics and dashboards

• Assist in automation projects using various technological solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process enhancement, or operational excellence

• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, VBA, and Python

• Experience with data platforms like Cloudera or Hadoop

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies is preferred
