Manager, Operational Reporting – Reporting & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Leads a team of business analysts to guarantee the provision of precise and timely data insights.

• Provides guidance to key stakeholders on data-related activities, tools, and technologies.

• Recruits and oversees a team of data analysts, serving as a coach and mentor.

• Manages Decision Science projects and handles ad hoc requests.

• Ensures the timely and accurate submission of necessary data reports.

• Collaborates with technology leaders, business partners, and colleague teams.

• Designs and develops dashboards and automated reporting solutions.

• Aids in data migration, conversion, and validation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.

• At least 6 years of experience in data management, architecture, quality, governance, and/or engineering (e.g., compliance reporting, systems, database design, etc.).

• A graduate degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or another quantitative field is preferred.

• Experience with advanced data analytics tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise-level data systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with leveraging artificial intelligence for analysis and reporting is preferred.
