📋 Description

• Prepare, examine, and negotiate agreements for the purchase and sale of land

• Provide guidance on lease conditions essential for project development

• Oversee title examination and resolution processes for project locations

• Offer strategic real estate advice to development teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in real estate transactional law

• Extensive experience in land acquisition and intricate leasing arrangements

• Proven track record in utility-scale renewable energy projects

• Juris Doctor from a U.S. ABA-accredited law institution; licensed and in good standing
