Senior ReactJS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold responsive web applications utilizing ReactJS, ensuring a consistent user experience across various devices.

• Work in collaboration with backend developers, DevOps, and designers to introduce new features and enhance the live product.

• Assist the live platform by detecting and addressing real-time performance challenges.

• Design scalable solutions focusing on responsive UIs using pure CSS/SCSS without depending on external frameworks.

• Guide junior engineers and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards.

• Utilize Redux, React-Redux bindings, and middleware (Thunk/Saga) for effective state management.

• Integrate RESTful APIs using axios and fetch, with the option of implementing GraphQL through the Apollo client.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing modern web applications, with substantial expertise in ReactJS and React Hooks (useState, useEffect, custom hooks).

• Proficient in TypeScript, including utility types (Partial, Pick), generics, and the use of the infer keyword.

• Strong comprehension of Redux mechanics, React-Redux bindings, and internal hooks.

• In-depth knowledge of CSS/SCSS, with the capability to create reusable, responsive UIs without utilizing external libraries (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind).

• Familiarity with WebSockets (native and socket.io) for managing real-time data.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, axios, and fetch, with optional exposure to GraphQL and Apollo Client.

• Knowledge of React Router for dynamic imports, lazy loading, and code splitting.

• Proficient with UI tools like Figma, along with React DevTools, Chrome debugger, and testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.

• Adaptable and skilled in problem-solving to navigate real-time challenges and changing project needs.
