Senior React Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance the frontend using React, ensuring a reliable and scalable experience tailored for critical operational settings.

• Develop GDA journeys and modules, including scheduling, region/hub management, monitoring, and operational tracking, transforming product requirements into clear and effective interfaces.

• Connect the frontend with backend APIs (Java), ensuring stable contracts, robust error management, and consistent functionality in unstable conditions.

• Design and advance frontend architecture, covering componentization, routing, state management, and form validation.

• Uphold the design system and UX standards by collaborating with Product Designers to ensure visual coherence and minimize operational errors.

• Apply performance optimization strategies, such as lazy loading, bundle optimization, client-side data caching, and minimizing unnecessary re-renders.

• Prioritize accessibility and usability, concentrating on operational user profiles and enhancements in productivity.

• Establish frontend observability, including telemetry, logging, and error tracking.

• Enhance code quality and security through unit and integration tests, linting, and code reviews.

• Document component patterns, key workflows, and technical decisions to ensure product consistency and progression.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in frontend development using React.

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and developing single-page applications (SPAs).

• Experience integrating with REST APIs and managing frontend error scenarios.

• Understanding of frontend architecture, including componentization, state management (Redux, Context API, or similar), and routing organization.

• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and web application best practices.

• Knowledge of design systems and user experience, emphasizing consistency and usability.

• Experience with frontend testing, including unit and integration tests.

• Familiarity with frontend observability and monitoring tools.

• Ability to function in critical environments, focusing on stability and user experience.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
