Senior QuickBooks Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Exhibit proficiency in various financial software, including but not limited to QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Acumatica, and NetSuite.

• Demonstrate a successful track record in managing small teams, offering leadership, guidance, and support to team members to cultivate a collaborative and high-achieving work environment.

• Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data, generate insightful reports, and facilitate informed decision-making for clients.

• Develop and enhance accounting workflows to optimize operations and boost productivity.

• Oversee system transitions to guarantee smooth execution and long-term success.

• Independently manage small-scale projects from inception to completion.

• Interact directly with clients to comprehend their needs and deliver customized solutions.

• Provide practical training, troubleshooting, and optimization support, ensuring accuracy and consistency during the monthly close process.

• Conduct file evaluations, maintain reconciliations, and support month-end closing activities.

• Work collaboratively as a secondary project manager on larger initiatives.

• Keep accurate and organized records for clients.

• Plan and facilitate client training sessions and ongoing services.

• Ensure strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.

• Achieve a 90% billable utilization rate.

• Precisely log billable and non-billable hours in the CRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-9 years of pertinent accounting or consulting experience.

• Advanced understanding of accounting principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with our technology tools, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online, to enhance workflows, automate processes, and maximize efficiency.
