📋 Description

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Science roles within a corporate environment.

• An advanced degree (master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis using R or Python, along with significant experience handling large datasets and crafting complex SQL queries.

• Exceptional quantitative analysis capabilities, innovative problem-solving skills, and a strong business acumen.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and keeping stakeholders informed.

• Proficient in data visualization and dashboarding, preferably using Power-BI or Tableau.

• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, Credit, etc., to grasp business context and resolve issues.

• A proactive mindset with robust organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Competence in conveying meaningful and accurate narratives through data.

• **Travel requirement:** Within the first six months of employment, all employees are expected to travel for the BHG All Oars Experience. After this event, ongoing travel is minimal—around 5% annually—for team gatherings, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.

• **Work Authorization:** This position does not qualify for employer-sponsored immigration assistance. Applicants must already possess valid U.S. work authorization that will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
