Senior Quality Manager – Lean Sensei, Operational Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leadership regarding Lean principles and enterprise transformation.

• Design and facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and workshops focused on problem-solving.

• Evaluate organizational maturity and readiness for Lean transformation while creating customized roadmaps.

• Enhance internal capabilities by mentoring Lean leaders, facilitators, and change agents.

• Foster continuous improvement through coaching, training, and hands-on assistance.

• Conduct diagnostics and benchmarking to pinpoint performance gaps and explore improvement opportunities.

• Align Lean initiatives with key strategic business goals and performance indicators (KPIs).

• Disseminate best practices across various business units and contribute to the Lean operating system.

• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint opportunities and support global operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in Lean transformation, ideally within industrial or manufacturing settings.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or an equivalent certification.

• Demonstrable success in leading enterprise-level Lean initiatives with quantifiable outcomes.

• Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and change management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

• Willingness to travel to Minden, NV, and as necessary to support global operations.

• Experience in enterprise transformation and cultural change initiatives is preferred.

• Experience with Shingijutsu or the Toyota Production System is a plus.
