Senior QA Lead – AI-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable automated testing frameworks utilizing Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.

• Create and implement automated test scripts using C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.

• Develop and manage UI, API, regression, smoke, and end-to-end automation testing suites.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other similar tools.

• Leverage GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and comparable AI tools to generate, maintain, and enhance automated tests.

• Analyze test outcomes, identify underlying issues, and work collaboratively with development teams to address them.

• Conduct test planning, estimation, and feasibility assessments for automation.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, and system-level requirements.

• Produce automation reports, dashboards, and quality metrics.

• Engage in code reviews and advocate for automation, Quality Engineering, and best practices for AI-assisted testing.

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to grasp requirements and solution design.

• Validate AI-generated test artifacts, maintain test environments, and incorporate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead or assist in QA transformation initiatives and mentor team members in automation, AI-assisted testing, CI/CD, and contemporary Quality Engineering methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or a comparable tool.

• Proficient in C#/.NET development.

• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.

• Understanding of NUnit and xUnit test frameworks.

• Knowledge of API automation tools like Postman or RestSharp.

• Strong grasp of test automation architecture and framework design principles.

• Ability to convert business requirements into effective testing strategies.

• Experience in validating AI-generated test artifacts.

• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON/XML.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation processes.

• Experience in integrating automated testing within delivery pipelines, with an understanding of testing environments and release procedures.

• Exposure to one or more AI-powered testing tools, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Playwright AI-assisted automation.

• Experience leading automation, Quality Engineering, or QA transformation projects.

• Background in senior technical or QA leadership positions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
