Senior QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan and implement thorough manual testing across both new and existing features.

• Create, develop, and sustain Java-based test automation frameworks utilizing Selenium/Selenide.

• Take ownership of the complete quality assurance lifecycle, including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and release schedules.

• Promote QA best practices and cultivate a culture of quality within the team.

• Proven experience in testing complex systems within challenging business environments.

• Expertise in Java for developing test automation solutions.

• Extensive understanding of Selenium/Selenide frameworks.

• Capability to independently and proactively manage QA activities.

• Strong background in manual testing coupled with excellent analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
