Senior QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and report on testing activities for IVR and applications.

• Create and uphold test plans, test cases, and test scripts derived from design and requirement documents.

• Oversee voice testing services, which encompass IVR flows, prompts, integrations, and call scenarios.

• Manage testing resources effectively across multiple simultaneous releases.

• Monitor and communicate test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

• Facilitate test review meetings and coordinate defect triage with development teams.

• Recognize opportunities for future test automation enhancements.

• Assist in integration testing across IVR, web applications, and backend services.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in planning, executing, and reporting test efforts.

• Proven experience in testing IVR and voice applications.

• Strong background in writing test cases and test scripts for applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.

• Experience with end-to-end and integration testing in contact center environments.

• Proficient in SQL for data validation and testing support.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Desirable: Familiarity with WireMock.

• Experience working with Cyara.
