This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes across intricate customer programs.

• Provide comprehensive test leadership from start to finish.

• Serve as the Programme Test Manager for significant or complex projects.

• Take ownership of the program test strategy and supervise quality assurance activities and quality gates.

• Create and maintain all essential test artifacts, ensuring that testing adheres to robust, agreed-upon standards throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Test Manager or QA Manager on large-scale, intricate technology projects—ideally within the SDWAN, networking, contact center, or data center sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of test management methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance best practices.

• Practical experience in testing network infrastructure, including SDWAN and data center technologies, voice/contact center platforms, and network optimization tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
