Scheduling Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Radiology Quality Assurance (QA) program.

• Collaborate with the Production Control Support Team to enhance workflow.

• Assist the Physician Scheduling Team with managing radiologist schedules.

• Provide additional support to the Operations Center as needed.

• Foster strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure effective and dependable communications regarding physician QA.

• Monitor and facilitate radiology workflow processes essential to patient care around the clock.

• Guarantee that all pertinent clinical information is accurately submitted.

• Conduct data order entry on both proactive and reactive fronts.

• Identify and resolve non-technical issues as they arise.

• Prioritize urgent cases and communicate with the Operations Center, radiologists, and staff at client facilities in a professional manner.

• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance while managing production workflow related to volume distribution.

• An associate degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in customer service-related roles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Analytical mindset with proven leadership capabilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment while multitasking regularly.

• Ability to work autonomously with general guidance.

• Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
