This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain robust automation frameworks and scripts for various projects.

• Develop and execute thorough test cases and plans utilizing test management tools.

• Collaborate closely with the Product, Design, and Engineering teams to grasp requirements.

• Follow QA best practices by submitting detailed bug reports with precise reproduction steps.

• Manage the complete testing lifecycle of the platform and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

• Engage in system design and architecture discussions to identify risks and offer technical context.

• Clearly communicate risks, status updates, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excel in a fully remote setting by fostering trust and ensuring accountability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering and quality assurance.

• Proven ability to establish trust and maintain accountability in a distributed virtual environment.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.

• Experience with Cucumber and at least one of the following testing frameworks: Selenium, Capybara, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Demonstrated experience in testing Web and Mobile applications, along with maintaining automation scripts for web application testing.

• Strong background in testing APIs (GraphQL preferred) and familiarity with tools like Postman or JMeter.

• Basic understanding of cloud-native pipelines (AWS preferred) and SQL programming.

• Familiarity with test management tools and AI-driven tools.

• Proven track record in delivering highly reliable and scalable software systems.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
