Senior QA Automation Engineer – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of LegalMatch's legal-tech products throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks and regression suites.

• Integrate quality assurance and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Utilize AI-driven tools to speed up testing and enhance developer feedback.

• Employ AI and data-centric analysis to detect flaky tests, troubleshoot CI/CD failures, automate root cause analysis, and optimize pipeline performance.

• Monitor automated builds, regression suites, and deployment pipelines to proactively identify and resolve quality issues.

• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Business teams to evaluate risks and ensure software quality.

• Review automation code, mentor QA engineers, and enhance testing frameworks and Quality Engineering practices.

• Champion continuous improvement and assess new automation technologies and engineering tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in architecting and creating scalable, reusable QA automation frameworks utilizing Cypress and Playwright for both web and mobile applications.

• Proven experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated build processes, and test environment management within Agile settings.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, and OpenAI APIs.

• Proficiency in automation strategy, regression testing, integration testing, test data management, and scalable quality engineering practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, reviewing automation code, fostering continuous improvement, and communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
