Senior QA Analyst / Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct QA testing activities for the SLAMNET-Parcel deployment in Mexico, following established test plans and acceptance criteria.

• Develop, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, and outcomes, offering supporting evidence for all system functionalities.

• Ensure operational alignment for Mexico Brokerage requirements, including parcel processing, exception handling, and data flows.

• Detect and report defects with detailed reproduction steps, logs, and business impact analysis.

• Assist in defect triage alongside the QA Lead, vendors, and technical teams.

• Facilitate functional, regression, integration, and User Acceptance Testing support.

• Provide second-level support for SLAMNET-Parcel, addressing functionality, configuration, data, and user-execution issues.

• Support business users during stabilization periods by reproducing issues and documenting insights.

• Maintain testing documentation and traceability logs.

• Engage in status meetings and communicate testing progress, risks, and blockers during the rollout.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Tester, or Business QA Analyst in system implementations or production support.

• Essential knowledge of Mexico Brokerage processes, customs clearance, parcel operations, or logistics workflows.

• Strong capability to translate functional requirements into comprehensive test cases and validation steps.

• Expertise in defect management, with the ability to troubleshoot and isolate root causes (data vs. code vs. process).

• Proficient in QA tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or HP ALM.

• Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple test cases and support tickets concurrently.

• Advanced proficiency in Oral English.

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Experience with SLAMNET systems or similar Parcel/Customs platforms.

• Technical skills to analyze system logs or perform basic database queries for troubleshooting.
