This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Enhance the team's ability to deliver assigned stories by the end of each sprint.

• Broaden Frameworks: Exhibit expertise in automation, API testing, or accessibility testing principles and solutions.
• Strengthen the team's capacity by documenting plans for anticipated risks/blockers, promoting best practices, and mentoring colleagues and junior team members.
• Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the sprint, ensuring the successful delivery of sprint commitments by prioritizing testing efforts and refining acceptance criteria.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and evaluate candidates to facilitate successful hiring/contracting.
• Deliver comprehensive testing plans, metrics, and valuable insights during sprint review meetings; propose solutions and improvements to clients that enhance our ability to deliver value.
• Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency with required technologies and tools.
• SQL/Data Warehouse testing experience, including hands-on work with Microsoft SQL Server (database, SSRS, Power BI).
• Advanced T-SQL skills for testing ETL processes, KPIs, metrics, and reports across relational and dimensional data models.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute test strategies — from developing test scripts based on technical specifications and source-to-target mappings to documenting defects with clear, actionable details.
• Bonus points for experience with Azure data sources, SSAS cubes, and version control systems.
• Practical Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects, including consistent adherence to best practices, leading and executing automated testing for web and mobile applications, and utilizing industry-standard tools to ensure optimal product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Client Leadership: Experience presenting to client stakeholders and conveying technical and business value.
• Outcome Orientation: Experience in understanding and articulating the business outcomes that your development projects influence.
• Mentorship Experience: Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring, shown through ad-hoc collaboration and structured code reviews.
• Relevant Education: This may include intensive programs or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
