QA Engineer – Business Systems, Order Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in a collaborative development team, providing the chance to shape product direction.

• Strategically plan, organize, and prioritize test cases and testing plans.

• Act as an autonomous reviewer of test plans to ensure the delivery of dependable and effective software systems.

• Establish and oversee testing environments to replicate real-world conditions and validate customer configurations prior to release.

• Document and communicate software defects with precise, actionable details to facilitate prompt resolutions.

• Develop, uphold, and continuously enhance quality management system processes and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in supporting commercial software applications.

• More than 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.

• An Associate’s degree in Computer Science or pertinent professional experience.

• Proficient in relational SQL with the capability to execute DML to assist testing efforts.

• Competence in crafting high-quality functional tests that confirm the integrity and performance of delivered features.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
