QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, document, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and associated documentation.

• Engage in discussions regarding requirements and design to pinpoint risks and enhance testability.

• Collaborate closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and elevate product quality.

• Verify fixes, replicate issues, and assist in driving them toward resolution.

• Contribute to the development of testing strategies and overall quality enhancements.

• Participate in and support test automation initiatives when suitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester.

• Demonstrated experience in test design and maintaining test documentation.

• Familiarity with test automation or automated testing frameworks such as C# / Selenium, JS/TS + Playwright, or REST automation.

• Basic development skills, including the ability to create simple applications or tools in Visual Studio (e.g., for testing, debugging, or replicating scenarios).

• Solid understanding of software development and testing principles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.

• Proactive attitude, comfortable handling complex tasks, and a strong team player.

• English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher (all communication conducted in English).
