Manual QA Engineer, Frontline Feature & Support Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing

• Develop comprehensive test cases (including Test Plans and traceability)

• Verify backend data utilizing SQL Server Management Studio

• Assess file integrations through internal tools

• Document evidence and defects using internal resources

• Execute exploratory testing, feature testing, and regression testing

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required, ensuring workflow validation across distributed systems

• Validate document outputs and compliance workflows with Azure Document Intelligence

• Reproduce and confirm customer-reported issues

• Collaborate with automation engineers to create and review tests and express a willingness to learn automation with AI tools

• Provide frontline support for hotfixes and patches

• Present new features and fixes to Compliance, Customer, or Product teams.
