Senior Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create an AI agent for a system designed to process images.

• Develop and deploy AI agents that meet production standards.

• Design agentic solutions using Python, leveraging frameworks or custom agentic loops.

• Integrate with LLM SDKs such as Anthropic and OpenAI.

• Implement MCP servers and/or clients.

• Collaborate with vector databases and PostgreSQL, including hybrid search functionalities.

• Optionally contribute to application-layer development utilizing TypeScript/Node.

• Potentially engage with evaluation and tracing tools, cloud infrastructure, and compliance knowledge for audits of agentic solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in building AI agents for production environments, not limited to PoC/demo projects.

• Proficient in Python, with strong skills in async programming, typing, and testing.

• Practical experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Pydantic AI, or the ability to construct agentic loops independently of a framework.

• Familiarity with LLM SDKs, specifically Anthropic and OpenAI.

• Experience in implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and/or clients.

• Knowledge of vector databases, including pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate, or Pinecone.

• Competency in PostgreSQL, with experience in hybrid search.

• Proficient in Polish at a C2 (native) level.

• Proficient in English at a B2+/C1 level.

• TypeScript/Node application-layer experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with tools like LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust, or OpenTelemetry is advantageous.

• Experience with infrastructure technologies such as Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Azure, GCP, Bedrock, or Vertex is beneficial.

• Knowledge of the AI Act and GDPR for the auditing of agentic solutions is a plus.

• Must be available for an immediate start.

• Engagement is full-time for a duration of 3 months.
