ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist with presales solutions, in-house lab development and demonstrations, and federal contracts.

• Create, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and advanced proof-of-concept projects.

• Interact directly with decision-makers during demonstration calls.

• Convert prototypes into written responses and presentations across business development, capture, proposal, and delivery stages.

• Lead demo strategies for key accounts while aligning them with customer requirements.

• Oversee implementation roadmaps and ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.

• Offer domain, architectural, and technical expertise for projects, clients, presales, and demonstrations.

• Assist with architecture and design documentation.

• Manage essential customer relationships, align service delivery with business goals, and identify risks.

• Evaluate business needs and translate them into ServiceNow technology architecture.

• Shape customer innovation strategies and ensure process excellence.

• Collaborate with business subject matter experts (SMEs), solution architects, and technical architects on transformative solutions.

• Mentor junior team members in preparing and executing demonstrations.

• Support team productivity, professional growth, and excellence.

• Influence company culture and align business units with corporate strategies.

• Assist in marketing strategies and business development initiatives.

• Write, review, and craft proposal sections across IT and ServiceNow workflows, disciplines, modules, and requirements.

• Develop compliance strategies and ensure regulatory alignment.

• Implement ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, and PMI methodologies while utilizing cloud, DevOps, and AI technologies.

• Promote internal knowledge-sharing and technical documentation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building ServiceNow solutions and managing ServiceNow employee experience solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM/EAM implementations as an architect.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, implementation, and consulting new clients on the Art of the Possible.

• Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules and applications, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx delivery services.

• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions built on or utilizing offerings on the platform is preferred.

• Basic understanding of the Federal procurement process, including FAR and contracting vehicles, is preferred.

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

• Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry.

• More than 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to a government contract.
