Senior Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical design, implementation, and deployment of intricate features and system components.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Diagnose and debug applications to enhance performance and ensure reliability.

• Lead code reviews to uphold code quality and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development processes and methodologies.

• Help translate high-level architectural concepts into actionable implementation plans.

• Identify tasks while managing system and infrastructure maintenance, migration expenses, and their operational implications.

• Ensure software and systems align with the overall technical strategy, making necessary trade-offs in collaboration with other engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Python Engineer, delivering production-ready features independently.

• Proven expertise in managing large datasets and processing significant files at scale.

• Familiarity with asynchronous systems, batch processing, or event-triggered workflows is advantageous.

• Proficient in Python.

• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) is an asset.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take the initiative.
