Senior Python Back-End Developer

• Create and enhance applications, services, and data processing pipelines;

• Engage in the modernization of outdated systems and solutions;

• Design and implement solutions based in the cloud;

• Construct integrations and architectures driven by events;

• Develop components for asynchronous and distributed processing;

• Focus on the evolution and optimization of data processing routines;

• Ensure quality through automated testing and adherence to development best practices;

• Influence technical and architectural decision-making;

• Conduct performance analysis and optimization for scalability and reliability of solutions;

• Collaborate with relational and non-relational databases across various business contexts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in software development;

• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP);

• Familiarity with Clean Code principles and best practices in software engineering;

• Experience with unit testing methodologies;

• Proficiency in event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, or similar);

• Understanding of asynchronous processing, concurrency, or parallelism;

• Experience with cloud computing environments;

• Proficient in working with relational and/or non-relational databases.

• **Preferred:**

• Experience in Python;

• Knowledge of Spark or PySpark;

• Familiarity with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures;

• Experience with AWS Glue;

• Understanding of Node.js, TypeScript, Express, or NestJS;

• Experience with Kubernetes;

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ScyllaDB, or Oracle;

• Experience in modernizing legacy applications and data pipelines.
