This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of publisher acquisition, relationship management, and supply expansion across various verticals.
• Recruit and onboard new publishers who generate high-quality leads and inbound calls.
• Utilize your existing industry connections to boost publisher growth.
• Oversee daily communication with publishers via phone, email, Slack, and Zoom.
• Negotiate pricing, volume commitments, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, claim rates, and overall profitability.
• Collaborate closely with internal account managers and operations teams to optimize publisher performance.
• Identify new traffic sources and potential publisher opportunities.
• Analyze publisher KPIs and propose optimization strategies.
• Quickly resolve delivery, compliance, and quality-related issues.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to forge strategic partnerships.
• Assist in developing long-term strategies for publisher acquisition.
• Over 5 years of experience managing publishers, affiliates, or traffic partners.
• Established relationships with publishers in sectors such as Roofing, HVAC, Windows & Doors, Solar, Plumbing, Home Improvement, Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, Life Insurance, and Auto Insurance.
• Comprehensive understanding of: Ping/Post, Real-Time Lead Distribution, Live Call Transfers, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, CPL, CPA, CPC, and Revenue Share.
• Experience with lead exchanges, affiliate networks, or publisher marketplaces.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficient in analyzing publisher performance using data and reporting tools.
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
