Payment Operation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Engage in integration initiatives with PSPs and payment platforms (gateway/method naming, necessary fields, validation, limits, cashier infoblocks);

• Collaborate on online payments, payment processes, and transaction lifecycles across various markets;

• Establish and enhance cashier user experience: payment buttons, instructions, pre-set amounts;

• Supervise daily payment operations: transaction handling, cashier management, balance and conversion/error-report monitoring, as well as transaction and P2P reconciliation, and PSP volume oversight;

• Evaluate payment performance, routing, and key operational metrics to consistently enhance transaction success and customer satisfaction;

• Work closely with providers and internal teams (product, business, support);

• Ensure the stability of payment operations in a rapidly evolving, multi-geographical environment;

• Take complete responsibility for operational enhancements and the quality of payment experience, proactively identifying and implementing optimizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in Payments Operations, Billing, or a related role within online payments, ideally with exposure to new market/PSP launches;

• Strong, practical knowledge of online payment systems, PSPs, technical integrations, payment processes, and transaction lifecycles;

• Proficient in working with financial and transactional data, including budgeting, settlement calculations, and commission/cost optimization;

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Tableau (dashboards, monitoring reports);

• Experience in communicating with international partners and payment service providers, both verbally and in writing;

• Upper-Intermediate level of English (some internal teams communicate exclusively in English);

• Experience in iGaming is a plus.
