Senior Public Affairs Manager, DE & EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You hold overall strategic responsibility for Public Affairs at the group level in Germany, which includes prioritizing topics, managing stakeholders, and planning integrated campaigns.

• For other European markets, you will create and effectively implement independent Public Affairs strategies.

• You consistently monitor and assess political and regulatory changes in Germany and throughout Europe, generating specific actionable options.

• You strategically oversee external Public Affairs consultants and agencies, both nationally and internationally.

• You represent the Bikeleasing Group in political committees, associations, and pertinent industry networks, ensuring alignment of Public Affairs content with corporate, brand, and communications strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess several years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, political consulting, or a similar role.

• You have experience in international or multinational Public Affairs frameworks.

• In addition to having a minimum of C1 level proficiency in English, you are fluent in at least one other EU language at a proficient level (B2/C1).

• You exhibit a high degree of independence, political acumen, integrity, and strategic thinking as your core strengths.

• Ideally, you have experience and a strong network within the mobility or bicycle sector.

• If you reside in Berlin or the adjacent area, this will enhance your application.
