This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Strategic Planning & The Adoption Brief
• Define the "Golden Workflow": Collaborate with Product Managers during the design phase to outline the optimal user journey towards achieving "first value" and sustained engagement.
• Architect Adoption Briefs: Take ownership of developing the Adoption Brief, which includes establishing value hypotheses, identifying customer segments, formulating adoption strategies, and determining the "signals" that indicate successful user adoption of a feature.
• Instrumentation Strategy: Collaborate with Engineering and Product Analytics to ensure that features are appropriately tagged and instrumented prior to launch, guaranteeing complete visibility into user behavior from Day 1.
• Cross-Functional Execution
• Enablement Alignment: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to convert adoption criteria into targeted in-app nudges, tutorials, and human-led outreach playbooks.
• Product-Led Growth (PLG): Design and assess the effectiveness of automated onboarding sequences (including simulations, tooltips, and email triggers) as outlined in the Adoption Brief.
• Analysis & Iteration (The Feedback Loop)
• Friction Identification: Examine telemetry data to identify points where users disengage. Differentiate between "UX friction" (difficult to use) and "Value friction" (lacks perceived value).
• Facilitate Product Reviews: Lead the Post-Launch Review process. Convert raw data into actionable insights for leadership, informing decisions to enhance, pivot, or discontinue features. Validate and integrate product investment choices with adoption data.
• ROI & Value Realization: Link feature adoption directly to business outcomes such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Time-to-Value (TTV), along with cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Manage Qualitative Feedback Loops: Create and sustain structured processes for capturing the reasons behind telemetry data, and compile these insights into scalable reports for executive leadership.
• Telemetry Governance & Roadmap Influence: Develop a scalable and governed framework for utilizing telemetry data. The goal is to democratize these insights so that at least 60% of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) roadmap prioritization across the R&D organization is actively driven by customer usage and adoption data.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Product Management with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Extensive experience with Product Analytics and Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Gainsight PX).
• Proficiency in reading and writing basic SQL and understanding event-tracking schemas (telemetry) for SaaS and AI-native environments, including the ability to translate complex usage data (such as AI token or credit consumption) into clear business metrics.
• Capability to narrate a story with data, moving beyond merely stating "what the numbers are" to articulating "what actions we should take next."
• Willingness to work in U.S. time zones three days per week.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Flexible working hours and remote work options.
• Professional development opportunities and support for continued education.
• Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
